Kooky Art Class
This weekend seemd to be some baking weekend. Almost forgot that I had enlisted Timo in this Christmas cookie decoration class by Kooky Art Class held at the atrium of Forum Shopping Mall. My SIL asked why not just decorate the cookie at home. Firstly, I do not bake, & secondly, I thought it would be fund for him to be in the company of other kids. Plus, the Wiggles (local version) was performing at the mall. May as well schedule 2 activities on teh same say at the same venue. I must say he had a proud cookie moment, bringing them home for all to admire his handiwork, & to actually taste them.

Making breakfast for Sunday School pals
Some paernts volunteer to bring breakfast for the Sunday school kiddies. Thought I'd grab something from the shops to bring along this Sunday. My MIL had a great idea - bake cupcakes. Timo was having a good time. Am personally very surprised with his dedication and stamina. He was in the kitchen for a good 2 hour, tolling non-stop, 1st over the jelly moulds & then over the cupcakes.
Act 3 concert
Timo had been attending Saturday drama classes for the past term. Had a graduation concert where all classes of various age groups of kids staged an act from Peter Pan. Andy had high hopes cos Timo was quite the star in his kindergarten concert. Told him to expect Timo & classmates to be acting as either grass or flowers or something of that nature. He was part of the blazing fire. Not too far off from my guess. Main thing was that he had fun these past few weeks. He liked it so much, he asked for more classes. So we'll be here with the same routine each Saturday afternoons again. Basically hang around with the other parents for 1 hour while the kiddies are in class.

Joshua can walk 4 steps on his own :)
Was in the midst of a meeting when I had a call from home. Asked if it was urgent & was told that Joshua can walk a whole 4 steps on his own!!! So, does that constitute "urgent"? I do not know. But am really glad of being updated on my baby's development. Only wish I was around to witness more of these milestones... Well, at least I got to see him practice more of that tonight :)
He's much more inquisitive than Timo. He's been groping for things on table-tops, yanking at wires, pushing furniture about, opening wardrobe doors & drawers, etc. Think I have to seriously look at getting those gadgets to baby-proof our home.
