Kiddy Birthday Headache

Am so hard-pressed for time! This month's happenings are Luke's, Joshua's, Bella's, my mom's, my mom-in-law's birthdays, & CNY. Next month's Timo's birthday, & I've been designated to organize Bren's birthday.

I've decided to keep it simple for Joshua's birthday celebration, & to channel more $ & energy on Timo's one. My rationale, am very hard-pressed for time this month, plus Timo's got expectations & Joshua's in total obvilion. Am sure he does not mind ;)

Well, as it is people's been saying I'm kinda biased for focusing only on Timo's birthday (both when he was 1 & now). Timo's 1st birthday was a large affair, BBQ & catering by the pool of George's condo. For Joshua, I want to keep it really simple, just the immediate family over for dinner. In fact, am thinking of having it at Marche (Hereen) cos there is an enclosed area with a playground for the kids, & we can sit back, relax & eat in peace.

For Timo's birthday this year, he has already planned his "surprise" birthday party with me. He wants all his friends & cousins hiding in his home, pouncing up to say "surpise, happy birthday" when he walks in. Plus, he wants a Batman theme party. Am having headache trying to put things together. His taste has change a lil this year, maybe a lil more sophisticated & mature. He's not too keen on cutesy things like Pooh, but has a very keen interest in Super Heroes. With the kiddy guests around, I really feel like having the party down at the void deck. Am toying with the idea of renting a bouncy castle or stick-up, or maybe even some motorised vehicles. Party games seem such a hassle. Well, have about another month to think through...

Scary big teeth

Have been staring at Joshua's set of every growing big teeth each night as I feed him (yes, still!!! I cannot believe it's going to be a full year soon!). He's been rather kind, chomping a lil hard every now & then, but nothign that will cause permanent damage. But then again... I now agree with Andria that our assets get kinda `stringy' after a year's usage. Went to the shops to get a new set of brassiere (cos I no longer can fit the huge nursing ones now), & it was the 1st time in a long while that I've actually looked at myself. Wow, do they look ugly! Very `stringy'! I wonder if the damage is reversible?
