My Grandma passed away

My Grandma passed away today, just a month shy of her 87th birthday. She had been in ICU for the past month. Major organs collapsed one-by-one. Heart stopped a couple of times, but she was resustitated. My Aunty has been saying that my Grandma's a fighter, but docs pretty much hinted from day 1, that we ought not be optimistic. Had been to hospital to visit her quite a bit, but most of the time she was unconscious, or gestured & winched in pain. She could not speak cos she had been hooked up on so many things. As much as I'd wished that she'd had recovered, but with the very bleak circumstances, in a way, it is better that she finally gave up struggling. She had been looking she's in so much pain.

Rest in peace Ah-Ma. I trust you are in good hands with Gong-Gong.
