Ditched the boys & the husband

Ditched the boys & the husband, & zipped off to KL for some shopping & clubbing with the gals. Think he'll manage ok.

Modelling & Acting stints for Timo

Signed Timo up with a modelling agency & we were pleasantly surprised with the fairly fast response. He has had 3 bit-part jobs in slightly over a month; 1 TVC, 1 TV serial, & 1 print ad. If not for Grandma's availability & encouragement, we'd not have signed him up. So far, he's enjoyed only the video shoots. Said the print shoots were boring as he's not allowed to move that much, but do only still poses.

Weekend with lots of kiddies

Somehow, it was a kids-filled weekend.
It started with dinner with the gals at PS Cafe. Cecilia brought Renee in a sarong.
Thought it was very inconvenient to be without a stroller, but Cecilia thinks otherwise. She feels a stroller is more cumbersome.
Then, on Sunday, my sis did the same thing?!!
She brought Nathania as she is, that is, without a stroller & had her lunch cuddling Nat??!!
What's with these "strollerless" moms??!!
I don't get it! Simply do not get it!

Tulip Day

For whatever reasons, Timo had been wanting to sell flowers on the streets. Thought Tulip Day would be appropriate. Timo gets to sell flowers & we get to do some charity work at the same time. Together with cuzzie Bryan, we headed down to the beach on this fine sunny Sunday, & somehow managed to sell close to 100 stalks of tulips in over an hour. This meant we had raised some $200 for the Children's Cancer Foundation. Was really knocked out in the afternoon, but the boys want to do it again next year??!!
